Positive: This is a spacious home that has enough room to comfortably host up to 5 people, with a large kitchen, nice living area, and comfortable bedrooms. It is within the vicinity of many bars and restaurants. The contact with the owner was very excellent; she was friendly, responsive and prompt in answering queries.
Negative: The space needs some freshening up; bathroom and kitchen are missing some basic amenities. A few things were not working e.g. some of the lights, and the fridge cooling was intermittent. One issue, which is beyond the owner's control, is the noise levels. Noise from the neighbouring bars is intense and persistent late at night an in the early hours of the morning; this is challenging for those who are noise-sensitive.
Summary: A spacious, pleasant house located in an area with plenty of good restaurant and bar options.
